Where do my EICR and EIC references end up?

On the job. Send a note like "EICR passed on the Oak Ave job, cert EIC-2291" and it's stored against that job alongside the invoice and any photos, so the certification trail and the money trail live in the same place.

Do I have to learn a new system?

No — that's the whole idea. You save Amy as a contact and message her the way you message anyone. There's a web dashboard sitting behind it if you ever want to look something up, but you never have to open it to get your invoicing done.

What happens if I word it badly, or I'm in a rush?

She's built for how people actually text, not for tidy commands. "invoice barratt 3200 rewire plot 14 cis" works fine. If something genuinely is ambiguous she asks one short question rather than guessing.

Can I use it if I'm VAT registered?

Yes. Set your VAT details once and Amy applies them to invoices and keeps the VAT element on your expenses, so the quarterly figures are already separated when your accountant needs them.
