TradesOffice aims to minimise unnecessary tracking technologies wherever reasonably possible.
TradesOffice sets one strictly necessary authentication cookie required for the Service to function. We do not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

TradesOffice does not use localStorage-based authentication sessions.
TradesOffice uses operational analytics and monitoring tools to understand platform stability, performance and usage patterns. None of these tools write cookies to your device.
Used for product analytics. PostHog is configured using memory-only session persistence (persistence: 'memory') and does not write any cookies to your device. No ph_* cookies are set. PostHog is not used for advertising or remarketing.
Used for anonymised page-view metrics and web performance monitoring. Vercel Analytics does not use persistent identifiers or write cookies to your device.
Used for error monitoring and crash reporting. Sentry uses transaction headers for distributed tracing but does not set persistent tracking cookies on your device.
Because the analytics and monitoring tools listed above do not write cookies to your device, your consent is not required for their use under UK PECR. The only cookie TradesOffice sets is the strictly necessary authentication cookie, which is required for the Service to function and is exempt from consent requirements.
There is no cookie consent banner. If cookie usage materially changes in future, TradesOffice will introduce appropriate consent mechanisms where legally required and update this policy with reasonable notice.
Some third-party infrastructure providers used by TradesOffice may process limited technical information in connection with providing the Service. Further details are available in the Privacy Policy and Sub-Processors Policy.
